Why Orion in SAP web IDE personal edition trial version doesn't allow me to create an account?

I am new to SAP UI5 and trying to access web IDE from localhost. I installed cloud connector and personal edition web IDE trial version on my computer. I am accessing cloud connector through port number 8443 and web IDE through port 8080. Now the problem is when I try to create an account in web IDE, it is redirecting to the login page again and again, but when I close the browser and open it again I am able to create the account but not able to access cloud connector. I really don’t know what I am missing. Please help me.

Cloud connector is used to connect local erp with sap cloud platform, instead sap web ide personal edition.

The problem for creating account, please try "incognito window" in chrome, it's works for me.
