transfer SC attachment to backend PR

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.5 and ECC 6.0

I have done the required cust using Self service config guide

1. Implemented badi BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW.

added parameters

BE_DOC_TYPE = SRM

BE_storage_cat = DMS_C1_ST

TRANSFER_ACTIVE = X

2. DC 10 is configured as per documentation in ECC

3. DC 30 , already file types are existing, so no changes done here.

Still when SC with attachment is transferred , the attached documents are not displayed in PR(using the Services for Object.)

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Check whether you have maintained the entry under

SPRO->CROSS APPLICATION COMPONENTS>DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT>GENERAL DATA-->DEFINE DATA CARRIER

Hi,

The carriree seetings are made. But the attachments are not apperaing inthe services for objects, instead they are dropped under the DMS attachments.
