Can we mark for deletion flag VKP0 condition in future date?

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement where we want to mark a valid condition record (VKP0) for deletion in future time.

For example we have a VKP0 condition type valid from 04/01/2015 to 12/31/9999 can I set a deletion flag for future date meaning can I set a deletion flag which will get active on 05/29/2017?

When I go to VK12 and enter the future date (05/29/2017) and apply deletion flag system automatically flag it for the current date.

Any help would be appreciated.

why don't you set the following at this stage?

you can talk to abaper about a custom code (to use it in a background job) to set up that "DeletionID" checkbox ON automatically.

Well we don't want to delete the price right now as we want to make sure that this price is active till certain date and once we finish our data conversion activity at that time we want to flag this price with a deletion flag.

Yes having a custom code could be an option but I want to explore SAP standard way of handling this..situtation 🙂
