Portal development certification exam (TEP15)

Hello Everyone,

I want to appear for Portal development certification exam (TEP15). I heard that this exam is scheduled in February. I searched some info about it. But i did not find any information about Date (In India) . If anybody have any idea about it,then please let me know .
