ip30 dead line monitoring background scheduling is not working

Hi ,

1)client requirement is to create daily background scheduling for all category plans like daily,weekly,monthly,bi monthly,quarterly,yearly for both pm and ms categories..I created two variants for both categories say ex:pm,ms in ip30 .for pm category 300 plans and ms 400 plans.created batch job name with test variant and scheduled for daily morning 01:00 . Daily almost 140 orders generated for both pm and ms .But background scheduling running successfully.Here some maintenance orders are not generating daily.

Please tell me the solution how to find out not generating orders through ip30 program.

2)In sm37 daily background jobs are going on successfully without any errors.but after job is released,i select that job and click on spool request details i am getting application log errors found with standard message class ID 565 .how to know the errors for that particular date .
