Windows AD migration to new servers

Hi Experts,

How migrate content from existing windows AD group.We are moving to new BO servers on windows server 2012 with new CMS database.

After migration i need to configure the windows ad,but i am not sure how content(windows ad groups will be

moved to new set up).Am i missing some thing ?

As we are installing BI 4.1 on new servers,we are using backup and restore method to move content.After moving the content we will upgrade the system to BI 4.2

We have AD domain and username for both environments.

Yes, you should review Admin guide for your answer.

First of all - what exactly and how exactly are you migrating?
If you're using Promotion management - your AD groups will migrate like everything else (if you follow process correctly) and your AD domain is the same.
