What is the Recommend Steps to Migrate Crystal Reports XI to Crystal Reports 2016

We are currently using Crystal Reports XI and have hundred of scheduled reports on an old Windows Server 2003 with SQL Server 2005. We will need to migrate all the reports and scheduled reports to a new Virtual Windows Server 2012 with SQL Server 2015. What is the recommended way to handle this and the recommened tools to use.
