CRM_IC error

Dear All,

I am facing a major problem in our CRM 5.0 system. When I run tranasaction CRM_IC I am getting an error Calling the BSP Page terminated due to an error : "BSP Exception:the application name:sam_session_queue_cntrler.do" in URL is invalid.

What could be the reason. Proper setting has been done in SICF transaction.

Please help me in getting this issue solved.

Regards,

Raj

Can you look into customer message 2380149 2005? I think it talks about an issue similar to your issue and a solution is proposed there.
