Approve purchase requisition app workflow is not triggred

Hi All,

For the Approve Purchase requistion App we have configured Purchase requisition approval workflow in the PR Release strategy and after creating PR we are able to see the PR with the release strategy.

When we checked for the workflows its saying

There are no workflows that have already worked with this object.

Please let us kn ow your inputs on this.

If you have My Inbox configured, you might want to review the workflow there. Otherwise, did you check the workflow in the app and in the backend?
