HANA Live for CRM: Server returned HTTP status code 403 (FORBIDDEN)

The SAP Note 2146931 and 2088121 where implemented but it does not solve this problem.

SAP Apps Server and HANA Instance are in the same host. The HANA instance is multi-tenant repository.
