Hi ,

I have loaded master data 0CUSTOMER ( Text . Attributes , Hierarchy ) .

But in Customer overview standard report i get value for Customer Name only .

Other attribute fields if i bring they are displayed as blank. But data is loaded succesfully .

Hierarchy is also not showing , How to bring attribute and hierarchy in that report .

hi Kumar,

you need to perform 'change run'

rsa1-tools-apply hierarchy/attribute change, click 'execute'.

you may need to logout and login again bex.

Hi Kumar,

Just add further on what happens in a change run:

You need to schedule an attribute change run when you change master data attributes or hierarchies that are used as navigational attributes or in aggregates.

When you load data for your attributes or hierarchies the version becomes "M" if the existing data is going to be modified and "N" for new data. Only when you do a apply hier/attr change the data becomes "A" i.e. active.

There is a simple test to check if you need a change run. Load your attributes and look into the master data table (directly via SE16). If you only have entries with OBJVERS = 'A' (active) then you don't need a change run. If you have entries with OBJVERS = 'I' then you need to schedule a change run after upload.

Hi Kumar,

You need to carry out the change run. Goto RSA1 -> Tools -> Apply hierarchy/attr change -> info-objects list -> select 0CUSTOMER -> save and execute. After the process is completed check.
