So you want to change the "title" in the Master Data Application (MDA)? Why? This is generated by the MDA framework and not directly accessible (ie. will require enhancement).

And I will NOT give you a step-by-step (ie. do your job for you), but I will direct you to look at class CL_HRPAO_AC_PAOM_MASTERDATA method SET_CONTENT_AREA_TITLE.
