Hi Pros,
Can C4C automatically move Email attachments into Service Request Attachments? (If service request was created from that initial email)
Somehow I destictly remember that this functionality was presented in relase notes, but I can not see it working.
Here is the example:
- an email "Test attachment" is send to C4C using B2B channel. THis initial email does include an attachment
- an email is automatically converted to Service Request "Test attachment", but Attachment tab is empty
