    Hi,

This is usefull when you want check the T-code assinged to roles.

When you are assiging T-codes to role prior to assing if you wish to check for already assigned roles you can use this.

You can check by your self to understand better.

    When you click on Transaction:

Enter the Transaction You Are Searching for:

Enter T-code SU01 click on the continue.

You will have a list of roles which contains (or) already assigned T-code SU01.

    I hope this is clear

    Cheers

    Soma

    Hi Sachin,

    To keep it Short ...

    1. Enter PFCG and put a role inthe required place. The Where Used Button onto the right when i click would provide the Composite ROLES where this single role is used. Atleast i use this in this manner.

    2. Once we enter the Role into change/Display mode, we find a similar Where used button on the top menu again..Infact its the Inheritance Heirarchy one and this infact shows if the roles are child roles or is the properties inherited from any Parent role etc etc.

    Hope it helps.

    • Hi Sachin,

If u provide an Single role and click this option then u would get the composite roles where this single roles are included. Viceversa if u give a compoite role the Where used button would provide u all the assigned single roles inthat Comp Role...
