Hi all,
I was checking out the <b>Standard Workflow</b> 'Process notification of absence (PS-SG) - WS49900002 ' to understand the concept of agent determination via Role resolution (00000168) but the role resolution ran into errors (no agent found).
when i click on the agent(Lakshmi narayana) the <b>address maintainance window</b> pops up and under the communication block email id has been shown is another person (who has left the org and was working on workflow).
But when i test the same workflow in another client (Sandbox) the communication field is empty.
Can anybody please tell me whose details are shown in this address maintainance window and from where these details are picked up from.

Hi all,
It seems this information is taken from user profile.
I observed that the descripency in email id is due to incorrect maintainance of my profile. (one client it has some one else's email id and in other it is not at all there)
Anyway, i think i have got the answer.
