in the form u first define the paper format .so, if u have an option to declare the paer format and papersize u can give that.also the printer should be able to print the document .so this is the criteria for choosing the paper for forms.
design the windows in required format. and make the window belongs to all required pages and just type the matter there itself. then run the form from ABAP editor.
