Newly copied client has no data!

Hi,

i had created new client 800 and done the client copy using 000 as a source client.

using user name SAP* and password pass.

after client copying when i see the databse tables i found no entries.

am i missing something here?i had used tcode SCCL for the same

Hi

While doing local client copy(SCCL) which profile u selected?

We have different profiles

SAP_ALL

SAP_APPL

SAP_USER

SAP_CUST

Login in target client(800) with user sap* and password "pass" and log on SCCL.

If u select SAP_ALL means you will get the all data.Try to select SAP_ALL and source client 000.Schedule in background .

If you copy with 000 as source then most of the tables will be empty only as 000 does not hold any data.

Also check that you had used SAP_ALL profile to copy the client. Then you can have all the data that is there in the 000 to 800.

Hi Ravi,

Which profile you choose while doing the client copy? like SAP_ALL, user masted record?

If you need to copy everthing then u have to choose SAP_ALL profile
