Can anyone plz tell me what is the difference between Transport layer and transport routes and hown they are used. Plz help.

Transport route: it defines the move of objects from one system to other system(or)
Transport Routes indicate the role of each system and flow of change requests
Transport layer:It describes the transport route and it says which way we have to move the objects.
