PROBLEM WITH PRINTER SETTINGS

WHEN I AM TAKING OUT THE PRINT PREVIEW OF MY LAYOUT THROUGH TCODE IW32 I AM GETTING THE OUTPUT DISPLAYED BUT WHEN I AM TRYING TO TAKE OUT THE PRINT OUT THN I AM NOT GETTING IT . I HAVW SET THE OUTPUT DEVICE AS LP01 . AND WHEN I AM GIVING OUTPUT DEVICE AS DEFAULT THN SOME TIME ITS GIVING A POP UP WITH MESSSAGE AS

Error: The printer _DEFAULT is unknown to Windows Print Manager.

hi Rohit,

Make sure your default printer is set correct and u can print normal docs (e.g. word docs) perfet from there.

Use LOCL as the SAP Printer to print it on that printer from SAP.

Hi,

Your default printer in the frontend PC is Microsoft Image writer. It always prints to the default printer, unless you change it. Jus' change the default printer in your front end pc. Your problem will be solved.

Feel free to revert back.

Hi Rohit ,

Please select the printer you get from the list of printers obtained when you press F4 on the printer, when you try to print the script .
