Could not able to create tasks in SDCCN

Hi,

After system addition and activation, I am trying to add tasks in SDCCN. But I am getting message 'No action possible'. Can any one tell me reason?

HI Srinivas,

An input :If you have used the old Service Data Control Center (transaction SDCC), it must be deactivated before you activate the new Service Data Control Center (transaction SDCCN). To do this, delete any scheduled background jobs that are connected with SDCC. For example, AUTO_SESSION_MANAGER, SESS* , SASM*.
