For registering the death of an employee, I usually use the reason in IT0001.
I never met a happy customer after introducing this silly work around. They do understand the logic of procedures but just don't like to regsiter and find these data via a reason.
One would expect a field in IT0002 for this kind of data, but...
Has anybody a better (let's say more human) work around?
