Withholding Tax G/L Account Update problem

Dear Experts,

Greetings for the Day!!!

I have configured a G/L Account for a respective TDS code means for a Withholding Account based on financial year indication. Now i want assign new G/L account for the latest financial year but i unfortunately i cant do it and it showing with an error message "This Property cant be Updated message [4678-13]".

So please have a look into my problem share me your valuable solutions/ Suggestions for resolve this as soon as possible.
