Access Conntrans

Hi,

I try to execute the conntrans and this message occurs:

Title: Transfer Service - Init

'Initialize' call to Communication Station 'commstat' failed with 8004004:

Operation Aborted

:

The CRM Server is not reachable

Probably the server is down or there is an administration problem

Inform the System Administrator

Additional error info:

Login or pass incorrect (try again)

or

User locked

We tried to change the pass in commstation (DCOM Conector).
