text variable not working in calculated KF

hi Expert,

I am facing one very different problem in query. I have defined one text variable that displays the unit of the KF. This variable works fine when added to one calculated Key figure. But this text variable does not work when added to another calculated key figure which is using calculated key figure in formula.

This text variable is replacement path variable.

Could it be that the calculcted key figure is based on another calculated key figure so it is not working in that calculated key figure.

For eg: KF1 is a calculated key fig and KF2 is another key fig using KF1 in formula. Then this text variable displays required text in KF1 but do not work in KF2.

Can anybody suggest me what could be the solution. Your help would highly appreciated in points

Hi wrushali

You can use KF1 in the fomula for KF2. It cannot be the reason for text variable not working.......

If it still do not work in KF2 i suggest create one more restriction in the KF2 allowing the text variable
