Dear all

I want to use function RFC_CVI_EI_INBOUND_MAIN to create a business partner (a vendor) in S/4 HANA 1610. I run this function in transaction SE37 and set parameters IT_BP_GENERAL,

IT_BP_ROLE, IT_BP_ADDRESS, IT_SUP_GENERAL, IT_SUP_PURCHASING. It creates a business partner with only general data. Does anyone know why it can't create purchasing data? Thank you in advance.

Hello Ricky,

Hope this answer will still be helpful.

I was able to create purchasing data using the FM RFC_CVI_EI_INBOUND_MAIN by maintaining values for structures:

IT_SUP_GENERAL - make sure to input 'I' under object_task field
IT_SUP_PURCHASING - input values for mandatory fields

IT_SUP_PURCH_FUNCTIONS - this structure needs to be filled with mandatory partner functions since the FM will throws error looking for partner functions values.

Also you can refer to this link for more related issues https://blogs.sap.com/2016/03/10/uploading-business-partner-data-using-lsmw/

Thanks!
