Fiori won't show after Automatic High Availability failover switch

Hello there.

I'm having this issue where Fiori shows a blank screen after SAP login. This happens after an Automatic Failover Switch. I'm using version 9.2 PL07 and HANA 122.05.

I saw catalina.out and this is what it shows:

15:21:50.429 [http-nio-40000-exec-4] ERROR c.s.b.proxy.CookieProxyFilter - Problem probably with the input being send, either with a Header or the Stream javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: server certificate change is restricted during renegotiation

Any clue of what could be happening?.

    Hi,

Seems like the issue was cause by a browser security reason, it could be a sudden change of a FQDN name and mismatching of SSL certificate for that particular server:

SSLHandshakeException: server certificate change is restricted during renegotiation

Can you please provide more information about your system configuration and landscape?

Normally in HA environment, we'll using a virtual IP and a dedicated FQDN name for the server, and when you configure SSL for the system, you should generate the certificate for that particular FQDN for the virtual IP, not the individual host name of the physical server.

    Regards,

    Michael

      Hi Michael.

I know what you mean, but even with correct dedicated FQDN with an SSL certificate, it shows same error in catalina.out.

The error is gone if I restart sapb1servertools.

I'm using the SAP HANA High Availability Guide for SAP Business One - Based on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications - Ver. 2.0.2.
