I'm trying to figure out where is the sap user session idle time is?
I know SM04 shows user information;
Time: Time at which the user last initiated a dialog step by entering data.
My belief this is not the same as idle time, a user who runs a report and leaves it loaded on their screen and continues to click around and use the data could have a timestamp beyond the rdisp/gui_auto_logout parameter. SO my question is, where is the SAP GUI IDLE time located? How can I view this? is it at the dispatcher level? or at the desktop?
