SMS Outbound on Service Ticket creation

Hi Experts,

I am trying to trigger a SMS on creation of a service ticket to end customer. I have created the Mashup webservice, SMS channel and the workflow rule also. But still the SMS is not triggered.

My place holders are standard as mentioned in the document.

[#PHONE_NUMBERS]

[#MESSAGE]

Can someone help to fix the issue?

Hi,

You must be receiving an error in C4C when trying to send the outbound SMS, can you please elaborate on the error you are getting?

Sometimes a missing tag can cause an error. Please add [#SUBJECT] as a placeholder too. Your body should look like this

Subject=[#SUBJECT]

List=[#PHONE_NUMBERS]

Text=[#MESSAGE]

Hi Jameel,

I am not getting any error. Actually the SMS should triggered through workflow as I have set it up.

Also, I think, the parameters are dependent on the service provider and Only the placeholders need to be the same as standard.
