HI
IDES
1) A system that is used exclusively for the SAP International Demonstration and Education System. IDES uses a model company to describe common business process and explain how they are mapped in the SAP System.
It do exist with pre configured sample confuration and master data.
This version is just for learning purpose.
2) ECC stands for SAP ERP Central Component. This is also a version of SAP like 3.1H, 4.0, 4.6C
3) IDES can be of SAP ECC Version.
4) ECC is the ERP and IDES is the model company configured in ECC. Without ECC IDES cannot exist, however you can still implement ECC for a company without using IDES.Usually IDES is used for training purposes.
just have a look at these links:

Singh,
There are generally 3 type of SAP licenses.
IDES- for education and training
DEV- for developing
PROD- for production systems
so please keep in mind that IDES is not same as any other one.
ECC 6.0 is a release of SAP.

Bharat
