set up planning level

Hi,

How to define a planning level that includes all chars and key figures that should be loaded using flat file ? Also how to create planning function ? As i am new to this area please give me tcodes as well.

Planing level and also planing function are defined in trx BPS0.

Hi,

T.code : BPS0

1. First create a planning area , assign your cube (transcational cube). Once you assign your cube all characteristics and keyfigures will be assigned to planning area.

2. under that you can create a planning level (by rightclick you will see a create level), you can choose the characteristics and keyfigure depanding upon the requirement .

3. Once you created a planning level, automatically planning package will be created (0-ADHOC), if you want you can also create a planning package by right click the planning level.

4. double click on the planning package , in the below screen you will planning level , by right click you will find a planning function. (choose any function copy, fox, exit etc..)

5. then create a parameter group by right click the planning function .
