Hi Krishna,

So we talking about business process here. Do you mention incentive per transaction which the installation done

by third party? Then you need :

- condition type for Incentives in your pricing procedure

- date profile may also needed (depends on the information you want to capture)

- You may need to generate report periodically to produce report for this

- You may need to create Task and busines activity for assignment to your

BP Boiler Installers so you can track the finish has done by installer.
