logo not appear

hi experts,

I created a smartforms which need to be sent via e-mail. So far, it is possible. But, the only problem is in the smartforms that there is a logo in a graphical format. After the PDF file created the logo is missing. Before that happened, there is an error that says unable to parse the image.

I don't know what happened. Please help me.

hi,

Check if the logo is uploaded in the system in the right format.it should be in .bmp or .tiff format.Transaction se78
