no pricing analysis in B2B Internet Sales

Hi All

I have a problem with pricing in the product catalog for B2B Internet Sales for ERP 2005. No prices show in the catalog (price field is blank). In the basket, the price shows as zero. At the point where we transfer to order, IPC pricing is then shown.

I have enabled the pricing analysis in the ui component of the b2b XCM, and now see "null null" in the catalog where the price should be. When I click on it a new window appears showing:

"IPC Error An error has occured in the IPC:

Document 13B5989BABFD4DC089B529A217EF33BE do not have any item for id: 00000000000000000000000000000000

This error is fatal. Please restart your session or contact the server administrator.

Has anyone come across this before, and can you suggest a solution?

Thanks and Regards

Mike

Hi Surya

I think I have maintained the necessary settings. This is what I have:

In B2B XCM:

ipcjcodata connection parameter connection test is all green

ipcdata component = ipcdefault (type= ISA, scenario.basket=isab2b, scenario.cat=isacatalog

enable.priceAnalysis:=true in ui cmpt

Nothing changed in the IPC XCM.

Is there anything obvious I have missed?

In case anyone else comes across this problem, it was caused by an incorrect entry in the documentation (section 6.3 of CONFIGGUIDE_IPC70inECOERP.pdf. The document is called IPC in SAP E-Commerce for mySAP ERP, Document Version 1.1 – October 21, 2005.)

We changed the name from IPC_REMOTE_DB_CONNECTION_210 to

IPC_REMOTE_DB_CONNECTION_210_SAP. This fixed the problem with the nullnull prices. According to SAP the ABAP-Dest IPC_REMOTE_DB_CONNECTION_210 is reseverd for the forward.

Dear Mike,

how can I get the document you are talking about? I mean CONFIGGUIDE_IPC70.

Thank you very much.

Hi Sandro

http://service.sap.com/crm-inst -> SAP CRM -> SAP CRM 2005 -> CRM Core and Standalone Components -> SAP E-Commerce 5.0 for mySAP ERP - IPC Configuration Guide
