Adding LOGO on INVOICE

Hi experts,

I need to add a logo to the footer on Invoice. I don't know how to achieve this.

I have loaded the new logo using SE78 and saved it with a name.

What should be my next step ? Where can I add this to the form and adjust it on footer ?

Thanks! I was able to find the form. We are using smartforms, so i used T code smartforms and was able to search for the form. But I cannot see image/logo here neither the old one nor the new one or a means to delete or add logos.

How do i delete old one and bring in new one ?

Where can I see logos etc..

hi,

invoice is appearing on smartform only and not as script. i think there is no logo on ur standard program. so,go to form painter and selct ur own region where u want to include ur logo.now right click on the mouse and selct as graphic.a window appears.now double click on the window and u can see the pop up and now select color images and run the pop-up and u can see all the images available in the server.u can select ur graphic.

In the footer window --> Text elements : write this code

/: bitmap <image> object graphics id bmap type bcol.

Hi Ron,

For Inserting Logo

For bitmaps (*.bmp)

Go to transaction SE78

Choose BMAP under GRAPHICS

Choose Import Graphic (F5)

Select the image and upload

In SE71 choose Insert->Graphics and then choose the image for display

OR

Goto --> SE71 enter the form name , go to WINDOWS you will find the Footer window --> double click on Footer window > then Menu Goto> text editor

You need to go to your text editor of footer in that you can go to menu insert then you go for inserting Image then it gives the syntax what is been mentioned , then replace that with your image name .

I am not able to find any form in Se71. The client in which I am working doesn't have any forms existing in SE71. I can print the invoice this means it exists somewhere. Where else can I find the forms ?

What about so10 ? What do we see here ?

Hi ,

if you know the Form Name , Check in which client you are printing the form , In the same Client it should be exist .

If donot know the form Name You can goto T.code NACE in the depending on the output type condition you can goto out put type and You can find the driver program and the Form Name

in the footer window...include ur new logo....goto footer window and in the text area...give INCLUDE <object> ..........(Check the syntax)
