There are too many accounts on each of the graphics and it is irrelevant to the CEE team. Can you please see if it is possible to filter the reports created for this project to only show data for accounts with the indicator?

Each dashboard will have a corresponding report behind it. On the dashboard, if you click the gear cog icon and then select Analyze Data, this will allow you to do drilldown analysis.

You should then be able to filter the Accounts. If you do not see the Accounts as a filterable characteristic, you might need to add it from the Business Analytics Workcentre.

If you want to actually change the dashboard entirely so it is already filtered when you load it, you will need to do this in Business Analytics Workcentre and amend the report for it.

Hi Jarneel,

Thanks for your reply.

"Account" can filter in report side, but it cannot used in dashboard. please see the screenshot.

So how to use the filter in dashboard?

Do you mean the only way is to filter account in report side, then view the dashboard? Cannot be filter account in dashboard directly?
