I wander how to disabled option "Leave transport in Queue for later import".by default when someone wants to import transport request in stms (by default this option is switched on)

Hi,
In the transport overview in transaction STMS , select the system you want to set defaults and hit change.
Later select the transport tool tab and add one more parameter to it:
R3TRANSOPTIONS
The value of which you should decide according to your own needs as described in the following link:

Check the above links, it provides the information you seek from the SAP gui when you are about to import a transport request via STMS , check the options tab there is an option to overwrite originals.
or else you can do via command line as shown in the link above.

You have to use a transport strategy, you have to switch from MASS Transport to single transport.
