Hi All,

In Multiprovider, I have a two cube, connected common field for both cube like contract number in identification section and now I want to filter to be made on another filed called enrollment type which is only in one cube and should effect overall report.Please suggest.

Hi VJ,

Have you added the field enrollment type to your multicube while creation?. If yes, you can see it in the identification section. At the time of creating the query, you can use this field to filter the values. Yes, this will impact the overall result suppose if you don't want to limit the overall report, probably you have think of using restricted key figures.

Select the enrollment type in the identification for the cube that has it, still it would reflect on the overall report.

I'm sorry, yeah it wouldnt work that way (My bad).

Is there a way if you can derive that value in ur 2nd cube, with some routine to look up at a table and populate the fields in the cube. Orelse if its a attribute value of some incoming IO.
