SAP Information Steward 4.2 SP8 - Scorecard PDF is not generating via email

Hi,

I am currently using 4.2 SP8 Information steward in my current project.

The requirement is to send scorecard through email and I am able to receive emails from Information steward about the scores in attribute level like below,

Rule alert [A new notification] for task [TEST_TASK] in project [Enterprise Project].

List of all tables, regardless of score:

- Table [dbo.TBL_XXX_REPORT]: Current Score [8.962584], Previous Score [8.962584], Total Rows [41,613], Passed Rows [37,296], Failed Rows [4,317], Status [Good].

- Column [COUNT]: Current Score [8.962584], Previous Score [8.962584], Total Rows [41,613], Passed Rows [37,296], Failed Rows [4,317], Status [Good].

But there is option of attach scorecard in Information steward in Key data domain to send PDF as scorecard and i have selected this option while creating Key data domain.

Still i am not receiving any PDF as attachment from Information steward, only i am able to receive mails like above regarding table level scores.

Kindly can anyone help me how to get PDF as attachment for each key data domain in Information steward.

Hi Vikram,

The email content you show in your post is for a rule task. The scorecard PDF would be attached to the email you receive when the scorecard calculation occurs. Have you run the Calculate Scorecard utility from CMC>Applications>Information Steward Application>Manage Utilities since you modified the KDD to attach the scorecard quality report? I just setup a KDD to attach the scorecard report and set sensitivity in email setup to Always to ensure an email is sent, and then ran the Calculate Scorecard utility and the email sent has the scorecard PDF attached. If you have not run the utility, give that a try.

Hi Doug,

I have tried running Calculate Scorecard utility from CMC>Applications>Information Steward Application>Manage Utilities.

And also i have setup sensitivity as 'always' when i created KDD and specified email as well. But still i am unable to get PDF as attachment, only mails from Rule task as specified above.

Is there any other options i need to change in utilities settings?
