Fiori 2.0 Launchpad Configuration: How to enable language settings.

Hi All,
We have upgraded to fiori 2.0 and with that the fiori launchpad has now also changed. I have a question regarding changing settings, more specifically the language settings. We want it to be possible for the user to be able to switch between languages. However when you look at the picture(See Attachment) These options are disabled. Is there a way to enable these options and if so does anyone how to enable it?

I think that the language setting has to be maintained at the gateway system (front end) level and not from the Fiori launchpad settings page. This page just shows you what language has been set - you cannot change it here.

It is also possible to enable list box on the Fiori login page.

I have read the document, but i dont see the option to enable the language option in the user settings screen of the fiori 2.0 launchpad. What we want is that the user can change languages after he has logged in to the fiori launchpad.
