Cheque printing

Dear All,

I have two issues in SAP Scripts

1. Cheque Printing

2. Program symbol positioning

In case of cheque printing, We have to print cheques continiously. We are using F-58 Tcode for soing this. When i try to print more than 1 cheques on A4 size paper. After printing the first cheque the paper gets rolled out. and in the next paper the next cheque is printed again complete paper rolls out. I used DIN4 Pageformat till here.

Then I created a page format CHEQUE as per my cheque size using SAPD Tcode. Then assingned this page format to my SAP Script. Even then the same problem is repeating, paper gets rolled out.

Please help me regarding this.

Another problem which i am facing is, I am trying to print the payment advice using the same Tcode F-58. I have to print 6 Program symbols in one row. How can i position these program symbols in the SAP script. i mean that they should not overlap.

    Riaz,

Check with th SPAD, whether the forma tis assigned for the printer. U hvae to make sure like, format type as per cheque size, assign to device and the format is assigned for which printer ... liek this. Pls consult your basis admninistrator and do it.

    Hi,

i had a similar problem with check printing and i remember i solved it using a page format type

    INCH8

and assigning it to the printer (by means of transaction SPAD) so that the printer could use this page format and assigning it as well to the sapscript form (by means of SE71, by default should be DINA4).

For the second question, why donĀ“t you try creating a new paragraph format with tabulators (",,") allowing to separate the different program symbols.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

just searching in the forum some answers refer to layout <b>LETTER</b> so

besides INCH8 you could try as well with LETTER.

    Best regards.

    hi,

for kind of your problem please assign the layout's in spad and use the same in the script.. and this is quite common for all of us in doing the this kind of object,

thers also one main thing change the format of the page in the printer u r using go to printer settings and change the format of letter to your size of printing and this resolves the issue.. as this is not the job of an abaper u need to have knowledge abt that.

    Thanx
