Condition Record in RLC2 Sap Office Problem

Hello experts,

I am trying to create a condition record for a message in Application RS, Medium 7 simple mail. I get error message 'Error when creating mail data'. When I go into debugging, I see that system is reading in table SOPR-SAP Office Profile the fields AFRYR and AFRNO. With those values it tries to read table SOFD - SAP Office Object Def. but cannot find the matching entry. That's when the exception is thrown and error message given.

Does anyone know where the connection between those tables is and how to fix the issue?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Philipp

Long time ago there was a 'corrective' report RSSO_DLI_CONSISTENT for those tables (Read the comment header of the report source, and during first run don't uncheck the test box)

Hi Raymond,

thanks for your answer. The report indeed shows a inconsistency in folder assignments. Unfortunately it cannot solve the inconsistency. It says that folder assignment is restored, but if I run the report again in testmode, it says that the inconsistency still exists. Any more ideas?

Thank you
