BODS script triggering issue while using SFTP

We have an issue in BODS job while picking the encrypted file from SFTP server to BW Al11 location by using the script.

BODS Version- 4.2 SP3.

Difference on size which are in bytes compared on source and target.

Same script is working fine when run on putty logging on to unix server, same script from BODS job is not getting loaded.

Script are successfully triggered both on unix server and BODS if we are using FTP , but if we use SFTP command BODS job are not completely executing. Its showing the below error in text log:
