Issue in VKM5 tcode.

Hi Experts,

i am facing issue in the tcode VKM5.

here for same sales area , same customer ( ref 700847) , i see credit value 0.00 and also have 1882498.83.

i not able to identify why system behave like this.

Did you check the document reference which is different? Also, this information is not enough to suggest you correctly whether the delivery is posted for goods issue or not. You need to check one delivery without goods issue and with another delivery which should be posted for goods issue
