C4C Contact person Number Range

Hi Experts ,

My query is regarding the No range – in my cases the contact person can be created in ECC and C4C .

1- I am creating the contact person in ECC and it is replicating to C4C after replication to C4C it is picking the same no range which is maintained for the Customer Master.

2- Same if, I am creating the Contact person in C4C it is picking the same no range which is maintained for the Customer Master.

I have checked in Fine tube activity there is another activity – INTEGRATION OF BUSINESS PARTNER DATA FROM YOUR CLOUD SLOLUTION TO SAP ERP – There are few option –

• Interval for Contact replication .
• Interval for Customer replication .
• Interval for prospect replication .

Please guide to me ,How can we use these option ?

What are the logic behind these option use. I am creation the contact person in C4C it is picking the Contact ID from Customer Number Range (Which is maintained in "GENERAL BUSINESS PARTNERS) and External ID from Interval for Contact Replication.
