Hi All,

My scenario is File-XI-IDOC.

I am getting successfull message for outbound IDOC in XI.

But when I search in receiver R/3 system I am not getting any inbound IDOC in R/3.

I have checked all the parameters in SM59,ports and partner profile, but still not working.

Please help.

hi Bhavesh,

This authorization problem is related to XI user or the one I mentioned in RFC destination?

Whose autorizationa I should change XI user or R/3 user?(I am bit confused.)

Because if problem was in RFC destination user I should not get my metadat also,I am getting message as "No authorization to send IDocs with message type MATMAS" is it related to XI user id or R/3 user id.

Thanks,need ur help.

Hi,

the user id used in the RFC destination in XI is the user id used to connect to the R3 system and so the user id is maintaind in the R3 system .

So make sure that the user id used in the RFC destination has the authorizations listed in the note I have given . The user id would be maintained in the SAP system

Hi Bhavesh,

In SM58 I am getting message as No authorizations to send IDOCs with message type M.

What does it mean and what should be next step?

Hi,

You have the issue now!

The user id used in the RFC destination does not have the authorization to post Idocs.

Please check the note :837595 for the authorizations to send the idoc to the sap system . Make sure that the R3 system adming gives the user id these authorizations.

Hi,

In SXMB_MONI, there are 2 flags, you need to have a chequered flag in both columns(one at the beginning and the other at the end of the row. Jus scroll right and verify you have that)

I checked over there I am getting red flag in right column.

What does it mean ?What should I do?

Hi,

Double click on the message and then see what the error is!

Also check Sm58 with * like i mentioned. Looks like an issue with the RFC destination.

Shweta,

When there is an entry in Sm58 , it implies that there was an error in the RFC destination used to post the Idoc.

Make sure that the user id is * in SM58 and then check again. If it says nothing is selected then there was no issue in The TRFC.

Like mentioned by jai, check if there is a chequred flag on both the outbound and inbound side and also make sure that the time stamp in the R3 system is correct.

If you have a chequere flag in both column, check WE02, your IDOC may be posted with errors and hence can not be processed by the functional module..

Hi,

Check SM58 in XI . Maybe the idoc was stuck due to some TRFC errors.

Also, check if the SAP system in in a different time stamp. maybe the timestamp in We02 has an issue.
