Job BI_PROCESS_DTP_LOAD could not be scheduled. Termination with returncode

Hi all,

while excuting the process chain, I am getting the following error. I checked the system logs but doesn't give much information.

Could any one give me some suggestion where the error could be. Thanks!

Job BI_PROCESS_DTP_LOAD could not be scheduled. Termination with returncode 8

Message no. RSPC065

Diagnosis

Program RSPROCESS is to be scheduled as job BI_PROCESS_DTP_LOAD under user BWALEBTC.

System Response

Scheduling terminated with return code 8. The meanings of the return codes are as follows:

SY-SUBRC = 4:

Scheduling terminated by user

SY-SUBRC = 8:

Error when scheduling job (JOB_SUBMIT)

SY-SUBRC = 12:

Error in internal number assignment

Procedure

Check the system log for more detailed information.

dont' tell any sap notes for this problem like 150315,511475,947690,23538

please tell me exact solution for this.

Your user id <b>BWALEBTC</b> - user type may not execute or start any batch jobs, irrespective of the user authorizations.

<b>Basis activity -</b>

Set the type of background user to "Background"

This user type corresponds to the "Communication" type and may also perform background functions

1. Set the background user profile as mentioned above

2. Check the host name setting in sm65 and correct if necessary (refer note 23538).

3. Check the server settings in sm51 i.e., check for the spelling and correct case

4. Maintain an instance of operation mode in rz04

surely user BWALEBTC has no enough authorizations or it has not the correct type (communication or system)
