Overtime PaidTime Off

Hi experts

presently i'm developing a time entry system wher manager has to approve overtime and paid time offs .

as PTO is stored on IT2001 and OT is stored on IT2002.

My require requirement is i want to update these two infotypes with the values (which are entered by employee <b>pto and ot</b> ) once the manager is approves the times for particular period of time and for particular "personal Number",

How to make it is there any fm or bapis are available for this.
