Unable to view the data of the publication instance

Hi,

I would like to know what rights are required to view the data inside the instance of a publication. Lets say , user A created this instance and user B wants to view the instance as well the data associated with the instance.

In this case, user B is able to view the instance itself and not the data ( csv or xls) associated with the instance. I have assigned "View Document Instances" right , but this doesn't work. Please help!!

Hi Vora,

My scenario here is: Users are able to view the instances.. but when you click the instance, there wont be any data visible. Only the Admin and the user who is scheduling are able to view the report data (xls, csv, pdf) inside the instance.. All users who have access to view instances are able to view the instances..
