Trigger Provisioning Task in Custom Job

Hello SAP IdM Community,

How do I configure custom job/add provisioning task to assign business roles in IDM and trigger provisioning privileges I back end ABAP systems and Java portal?

My job consists of

1) read from pass where the source is an text file and destination is a temp db table

2) write to pass where the source is the temp db table and destination is the identity store

The text file is employeID=Firstname=LastName=roleAssignment. The new users are created, but the role assignment is not provisioned and users not provisioned in back end systems.
