R3 extraction

Hello

i am generating a report in bw quality server. the data is in the production server.

how will i extract data from r3 to quality server manually.

Plz help

Hi Hema

It depends on your system landscape in your organisation. You need to connect the BW Quality with the R/3 Production in the Source System and assign the RFC destinations, But this is not advisable. Other way around transport the whole development to production to balance the data in your report to R/3 production.

Hi, Hema,

you r generating report from BW Quality server,

so in your in R/3 Quality server make client copy from your R/3 production server and then create Source System in your BW Quality with R/3 Quality server.

for this ask to your Basis ppl.

Since you are working on quality server, you can transfer the data in prod to a flatfile and then load in Qa using flatfile source.
